Delivery:

Most items are dispatched from stock within 24 hours of receipt of order, or next working day after weekends or holidays.

Orders over £40 will be delivered (mainland UK ) by courier, certain postcodes excluded, please check with us for details.

Following recent changes in Royal Mail postal charges there will be an postal charge of £1.50 on orders under £15

Goods marked "out of stock" on the web site, we aim to dispatch these items within two working days of the expected restock date.

Where free delivery is offered we reserve the right to choose the method of dispatch. Certain products to certain locations may not be acceptable for free delivery, for example heavy bulky items to scottish islands. If this is the case we will contact you after you place your order.

International Delivery:
Please note, orders shipped outside the United kingdom are done so at the customers own risk. We will not accept any liability for lost or damaged products.

Right to cancel: 

If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched then the unsuitable good policy will apply.

Unsuitable Goods:

You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which must be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice). Prior to returning the goods (at your risk) you must contact us and obtain a returns number. We are unable to accept retuned goods unless they are in their original undamaged packaging and unused. This includes all labels, tags, stuffing and other parts as shipped. Failure to do so will result in the goods being returned to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.

Returns must include details of the original purchase.

Your are liable for the cost of returning the items to us and any subsequent re-shipping costs associated with the order. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee up to £6 for returned goods.

This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period to:

Please note that the distance selling law forbids the return of certain goods.

Such as, but not limited to,  Nappies, Swim nappies, Lycra swimwear, Breast feeding equipment, Cesarean belts.

Exchanged Goods

While we are happy to exchange items the same conditions as unsuitable goods will apply. Return postage must be included. Failure to do so will result in non return of the items and the order will be cancelled, you original purchase price refunded minus our standard administration fee (see unsuitable goods)

Faulty Goods

Should any item you purchased from us prove faulty then please contact us either by email sales@uptofive.co.uk or by telephoning us 01786 850249. You will be responsible for retuning the good to us, at your risk.

Once the goods have been examined by the manufacturer and determined faulty, We will refund the postage and will either replace the original item or provide a refund. Please note we will only replace like with like.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly on receipt, should any item you purchased from us prove to be damaged or incorrect on receipt please notify us immediately before use. Failure to do so may result in disappointment.

Guarantee:

The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.
